This survey contains 12 pairs of statements about routine leadership behaviors. For each pair, indicate which behavior you are most likely to do. This may be difficult; for some pairs, you may feel that it depends on the situation. Summarize your behavior across situations, and consider your natural inclinations and default tendencies.

Please don’t deliberate over the options or worry about being consistent. In fact, the results will be more informative if you go with your initial gut reaction.
